For print resources, use Athena.  (Remember, you will need to physically visit the
Reference section, locate a book about your time period, and search the Table of Contents
or the Index for information about your topic.)

Use online databases in iCONN, particularly the EBSCO History Reference Center and
the Discovering Collection.

Use the Historical Hartford Courant 1764-1984.  This will provide you with reports as the event
happened.

Locate Primary Sources using the links at Cayermedia and also those that are found using Athena.

Use the best online subject directories, such as Intute and the Librarians' Internet Index.
